As one of the fans of MMA, we are so excited to see the biggest fight between two of the pound for pound fighter , Anderson Silva and George St. Pierre. Count Manny Pacquiao’s coach and the multi-awarded boxing coach of the year, Freddie Roach who is also excited to see this two fighter toe to toe.
After the epic mega-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr., Freddie Roach has been training this two UFC champions in the past and Roach is also one of the trainer of GSP on his last championship match against Josh Koscheck. The boxing coach said in an interview with Jose Rogan that “It’s Pacquiao-Mayweather in MMA, It’s one guy going up in weight to fight the bigger and better – supposedly better – guy.”
From Roach perspective, Anderson Silva is the better boxer and a very smart fighter but he is not counting out George St. Pierre’s presence inside the ring and while training.
But before that George St. Pierre must first defeat Jake Shields on their upcoming championship bout in Toronto for the first time.
